Well they look rough but no harm ever done to anyone that I know of...it's mostly folks who just like to be seen on HD.
That's downtown Peoria during TT Weekend near the Waterfront Park. When the local HD Dealer sponsored BattleTrax, I competed on that very parking lot on my old R100GS/PD...pity they don't do it anymore, something about insurance costs.
