Apart from the sheer stupidity of wrapping his head in duct tape this really made me laugh.

So as Mr. Kazee was just walking down the street with his head wrapped in duct tape and the real robber, also with his head wrapped in duct tape, ran past him confusing the store owner who started to chase the wrong guy?

I've seen some incredible coincidences in the past, but that would be very funny.
