Hard to tell. It may be a POS and it may be fine. What are you plans for it? Were you hoping to bolt it in and go? or were you planning on pulling it apart?
From the pics with all the leaks etc, it looks like a core to me.
Tell us what your plans are for it and you will get more specific advice. Did you pay good money or rebuildable money?
