I had a $1500 Bosch dishwasher just fail after maybe 50 uses. It was around 4 years old. Had a guy come out and give me a quote for $500 to replace the drain pump. I had it tossed and replaced it with a $500 Whirlpool. The Bosch was quiet, though.
