I used to own some apartments that were posted with "No Soliciting" signs.
A local company put obnoxious flyers on every door. I gathered them all up in a pile, walked into their office, dumped well over 100 of them on the desk, and asked them to please not litter on my property anymore.
Very effective. They were very apologetic, and never spread their stuff on my property again.
