OK, let's ID some things from the pictures. It looks like you have a very nice setup. At this point you should consider getting the megasquirt up and running.

I see 40mm TWM individual throttle bodies. It looks like there is a single vacuum line coming from the driver's side bank. This will not be enough to get a good vacuum signal for MAP tuning. Are there any wires going to the backside of the passenger ITB? this will be the throttle position sensor (TPS).

You will need to look at the exhaust to find an oxygen sensor. I also see an extra wire by the pass side heat duct. I assume that the MS system is tied to the factory oil temp sensor/switch.

When you turn the key on you should see the three LEDs on the ECU under the seat blink. does this happen? Your fuel pump should also fun for 2-3Sec and then fuel pressure will register on your gauge. Does this happen?

Let's assume the MS is wired correctly. you need to check a few things. First, unbolt one fuel rail. there will be two M6 allen head screws holding the rail to the ITB. remove one injector. Look for the number onthe side. This will tell you what the flow rate is. I can email you a file that will get the car running but I will need to scale the system by the size of your injectors.

Do you have a laptop capable of running a serial connection? If so, you will need to load some software to connect to the controller. The software is available free on the internet as opensource. You will need the initialization files for MS, MegaTune2.25 and MegalogViewer. I can send you links.

Once you can connect to the ECU I can walk you through the process of getting it running.
