This image visualizes a steady-state Euler flow solution computed with Edge, simulating the airflow round a Porsche 911 traveling at a speed of 30 m/s. A rather coarse tetra mesh with only 260,000 tets was used for this simulation.
This Edge flow simulation, including gridding and visualization, was completed in October 2003 by Stephen Conway, FOI/FFA.
