Marking blank discs and mindless paranoia?
The wife is sitting here duping some of her home spun DVD's.
I always avoid using a marker or sharpie on them BEFORE burning.
I've always been paranoid that the gas out from the ink might over time either coat or damage the lens/internal mechanisms.
I have absolutely nothing to base that on and fully admit it could be nothing other than pure paranoia.
I burn a ton of discs, easily 50-100 a month.
