The picture helps a lot.
When you check your fuel pressure, jot down what it is. Jamie will need to know that in addition to the injector flow rate.
Does your laptop have a standard 9 pin serial connection? Megasquirt has some issues using some usb to serial adapters.
If you have a MSI controller with the daughter card installed, then it's now a MSII with the 12X12 tables(that's what the daughter card does).
Megasquirt doesn't appear to be controlling your ignition. If there's no spark when you crank the engine, there are other ignition issues to troubleshoot. When megasquirt is used to control the ignition it's typically done using EDIS with coilpacks and a toothed wheel on the crank with a crank position sensor. Once you get the megasquirt tuning software running on your pc you'll see the places where you input the ignition settings, but it doesn't appear to be connected to anything.
Another thing to determine is if you are using a narrowband or a wideband O2 sensor. A wideband will have some sort of controller box between the sensor and the megasquirt controller. That box is not necessarily close to the O2 sensor.
When you get your pc to talk to megasquirt, save a copy of whatever configuration is currently there before you change anything. You may find it very valuable later on.
Keep us posted on what you find.
