You could have missed it? It is obviously a small dent. I once picked up a vehicle (daily driver) from an oil change, and noticed a large dent (low) on the rear quarter panel. When I pointed it out to the shop, he didn't think he did it, but offered to pay for the repair. Later, when I told my wife, she laughed and admitted it happened a few weeks prior. I couldn't believe I walked by this every day and did not notice.
