Thanks for you comments. I love the car. As some of you probably know, I was originally looking around for a 964 as a daily driver because I need some air con. However, I couldn't find anything I liked and most of them are not Australian delivered and I really wanted something Australian delivered. In my hunt I came across this one and couldn't pass it up.
I am not generally a fan of white cars and have never owned one until this stage but as some of you have said, 993's look great in white. The car is like driving a new car but with the Porsche feel and gearbox is fantastic compared to the 915 in the old SC. Above 4,000 rpm the thing goes like a rocket.
Kalka, the car has 154,000 kms on it and I am trying to keep it as standard as possible. It just needs the front air splitter fixed as it has a non standard one similar to an RS splitter. It also has a little bit of rust just in front of the windscreen on the passenger side that I will get fixed at the same time. The only other issue is some curb rash on the wheels that I need to get fixed.
Tinton, I have already found the p-car.com page and as you say, it has heaps of great stuff on it for 993 owners.
Rucool, I bought it privately. I was put onto it through Nick at Europesport Autowerks as one of his customers was sell it.
Overall, I am very happy with the car
