Well, as a Governor or Mayor, knowing what was COMING (no water yet) and how possibly BAD it might get ...what a novel thought! Yes, FIND some drivers for the busses and at least ATTEMPT to get people out! If the dumb bastards want to refuse and stay, fine ...but at least give them the opportunity to get out if they have NO OTHER MEANS!
Another state, controlled by Democrats for decades. It should have been a mecca of perfection! Why didn't we all want to live there? Baffling.
