To add, if after 2 years they are still sitting and haven't started rebuilding, then hell yes, that to is their fault!!

Could be because they didn't
OWN the property!!! The ones who invested should be the ones who got paid, they are the ones who paid the property taxes. Others have started with little or nothing and managed to rebuild their lives, is most of NOLA to stupid to do the sane???
