The ignition timing marks are on the left top side of the engine.
You have to move some hoses and stuff out of the way.

There is a line on the flywheel with "OT" on it, that's TDC.
It lines up with a casting. When you see it you'll understand.

The cam timing mark is just above the distributor cap; there's a hole in the casting and a line on the cam pulley.

BTW, the timing is not adjustable.
