some terribly incorrect information getting tossed around on this thread. my advice to anyone considering the tax implications of selling ANYTHING is that you call your CPA.

Well i had #6 adjusted perfectly but then just before i tightened it a butterfly in Zimbabwe farted and now i have to start all over again!
