Reading comprehension obviously isn't big in your parts. On one of the first pages of this masterpiece of monkeys throwing poo, I stated that I respected the hell out of those that picked themselves up and rebuilt. I also stated that my neighbor is a retired civil engineer. He's only working for FEMA as a contractor. He's almost done with his assignment, and WON'T be going back. So yes, I do believe him. He has no vested interest, and no motivation to lie.

RB, if your family picked themselves up and rebuilt, I would think you would be most disgusted by the entitlement crowd. If you worked your asses off to get them back on their feet, why should others simply wait for the govt to do it for them? Obviously there are cases of those that were not able, but this is not the problem here.
