Hi Guys... I thought I better get you folks up to date with my woes. Due to the distracting nature of my troubles I have put off trying to start my car until my other work is completed. I have to mount bumpers, rockers, whaletail and lights. I also have wiring issues with the lights, mirrors and windows. I also have to replace my fuse box.
When I took my car to the body shop it was turning over and the fuel pump and horn were working. I got it back and tried to start it and nothing. A mechanic at a high end rod shop next to the body shop made a two hour attempt to start it and I told them not to waste any more time.
I replaced the battery, took the starter out and tested it and still nothing. Could it be my ignition switch or my fuse box? maybe any other ideas.
I will pick away at starting between my other work unless I am getting somewhere...
