How is the battery voltage? Check it at the starter. Check the connections at the positive terminal at the battery.
Also look to see if you have 12V through pin 1 (large yellow wire) on the 14 pin engine wiring harness connector while the key is in start. Verify the same at the starter terminal spade connector. this is the signal that will energize the starter solenoid.
If you have wiring problems for your lights, it is likely that this will be the root of the rest of your problems.
