I think you need to be a little more systematic rather than throwing wild guesses (and money) at it: The engine needs spark and fuel to start. Check both while you crank and make sure the Megatune realtime display "agrees" with your observations (especially spark timing).
If one or the other is missing you know where to focus your efforts.
