This thread shouldn't ever happened. As you wisely put; "Conjecture based on speculation grounded in supposition arising from hearsay, etc."
Yet, it's one more opportunity to imply . . . to promulgate the notion that we (US & Bush) are too war-like. . . too provoking in this "peaceful" world.
