Letīs see. Three possibilities.
1. Extraordinary blunder. Someone getīs spanked in public.
2. Planned all the way to end up like it did. Message ? Political intentions ?
3. Planned as far as a secret transport but unfortunately uncovered. Why ?
Not sure which is worse.
