Exactly. Flying Philly to Boston, they're cheaper than every other airline, cheaper than the train,
cheaper than the gas to drive!
Sorry they don't meet your princess-and-the-pea standards, but they are hugely successful based on perfect delivery of what flyers demonstrably (as opposed to web forum chatter) want, which is cheap fares and no frills.
