I love Southwest.
The flight generally leave on time and the flight crews are loose and relaxed. Also, if you buy an internet super-saver special, they will let you change your flight plans even though the ticket you bought is not supposed to be changed.
Want eye candy? Catch the 6 PM flight from OC to Vegas on Friday afternoon. Wow!!!!
