Since 9/11 flight attendents think that they are God and have people removed for any reason, some of them silly.
I was involved in an American Air flight where they pulled a guy off for no other reason other than the F/A was not in a good mood. Sent a letter to AA about it and found out that 3-4 others had as well. Evidently the F/A was wrong and she pulled a Plat AA pax off and got spanked for it.
Still, many of the F/A's go well over the boundaries at times and in this day and time often they are not disciplined. This blonde lady was doing nothing wrong and hope she kicks assets with SWA.
