I just saw a thread where one Pelican asked the masses what there viewpoints and dealings have been like with this company.

After threats of lawsuits were thrown at Wayne, he decided to close the thread and encouraged the discussion to not continue any further.

Now I understand Wayne's decision and I would probably do the same, But
doesn't this threat of a lawsuit violate our constitutional rights?

If a man (or woman) simply seeks and answer or opinion, is not our right to offer our thoughts, no matter if they are/were good or bad, positive or negative?

Maybe I am wrong...
