replacement case?
I recently (yesterday) bought a '64 356C (imported from Germany in the '60's, Euro-heat exchangers and KPH speedo) which has an...unconventional case number. Ordinarily, I'd expect 71x-xxx or 73x-xxx, yet this case has a number of KD*P*601632* . I don't think it's an older Normal case, and I lost Harry's books in a house fire (along with one of Harry's engines..), so I can't use my old reference guides. Does anyone have an idea of whether this is a factory replacement case (based on the number)?
