I wouldn't be surprised if I had to go out of state to buy one of the new clean-burning diesels. CA. doesn't like what it can't understand, particularly from engineers who, with reason, state that the new clean-air diesels "exhaust" cleaner air from the engines than the air that first goes through the induction system.

Meanwhile, our Governor is making a big push for hydrogen filling stations. Right, but in downtown L.A., in the museum of science and industry, is a Honda Civic that is hydrogen powered. Problem is the costs over $1 million.
