This part of the problem, I am on Blue shield and go to small doctors office so they are going to schedule it to be done outside their office (most likelythe hospital across the street) therefor I don't know how much control they or I have over what happens.

Less invasive? I presume this is the only option or they wouldn't be setting me up for one?
