Rear Valance: Straight and no rust but it looks like someone used bondo on the lower lip. I can't see why by looking at the back the thing looks like it has no dents. Just the lower lip was wavy I guess. Looked perfect when it was on the car. I was surprised when I took it off. Check out the pics. It looks perfect. Just needs paint.
