I can't tell if that is a metallic paint. If it is not, then the clear coat is not a factory clear coat. Either way fixing the paint issue could run from wet sanding the clear and reshooting (about $500) to a new paint job ($4000k - $6000k). Interior will be another $1000k. It is a nice looking car, but like others have said, you could buy a pristine SC for the same price.
