If my Kid were in her class I would pull him out. There is a known threat to her and I don't want my kid becoming collateral damage. It is nothing against her and I would not at all be happy about it because it is the fault of an outside influence. The fact is if she has a restraining order against the man - she appears to be in danger and if I were the principal I would pull her from class. She doesn't belong around students were something to happen it would be witnessed by them and they could get hurt.
Any damages to her caused by this should be born by the ex-husband who has made the threats. She can go after him in civil court for those damages.
