It will sell. Go to the Early S Registry and see what's going on the for sale forum. Good cars now cost $50k+, excellent cars a lot more. Someone had posted recent sale prices where numerous Esses had sold for over $100k. They subsequently removed the prices. One 67S soft window targa fetched 147K or so.
