I recognize the seller and I would trust the motor was rebuilt "properly". I still think it overpriced. That said, if you haven't noticed, MidYears have been rising in price, no doubt prodded by the unbelievable explosion in the price of Longhoods. Garden variety original 2.7s are now comfortably in the "asking" 9-12 range. This would be a great sleeper with a little elbo grease, some new seats, rs carpets and door panels.
