I’m having problems with my brakes, and would REALLY appreciate some help. I have an 81 that has been sitting for too long. The rear turn signals work fine, but my brake lights are non-functional.
I ordered two master cylinder brake switches and replaced the front switch. I was told that the two switches were redundant for safety so I plugged the front switch in and still see no brake lights.
Can someone tell me the wiring switch pin outs so I can jump the pin and see if I have brakes? Are the switches redundant, can I just jump the front switch and expect to see brake lights?
What is the next thing to look for?
