Too many "ifs" to say anything definitive, but $12,500 is not a bad price for a 63K-mile coupe. If it does have upgraded suspension goodies and LSD (pretty rare for 968's) I'd say get it checked out for anything major and if it's passes PPI, buy it. I *think* that LSD was only available as part of the "M030" package which is definitely worth some $$. Oh, and budget for the *possibility* of the dreaded ring & pinion repair.
