I understand your frustration and I apologize first and foremost for your billing issues. I am forwarding this to VOC (voice of customer) and to our market council. They will do a thorough investigation on your account. Also, if you can provide me with any specific tracking numbers/invoice numbers that would be great! Thanks!
I cannot change the Fedex billing and accessorial charges but something I can do as a solution is up your discounts. I would like to put together new discounts to make up for the $2 - $4 charges. I will redo you HD, Ground and express discounts. I will have them out to you today, please sign and fax back to me.
On another note, I can assure you that FedEx is not trying to be shady or scheming.
