I recently used FedEx Passport to ship a car.
Pickup was a week later than estimated
Tracking information was only sent once, when the job was booked
No on-line tracking of shipment was offered
Telephone reps, including managers, were not able to tell me when car would be picked up
Emails requesting information was never returned
Driver arrived at pickup location and was unable to approach due to size of rig, alternative arrangements took a week, you would think they would know where they could go and where they couldn't, after all, they are in the auto transport business
Those are all FACTS. A FACT can never be libeous.
One final FACT is that I will never use their services again for anything.
