The chassis number on the ad is for a ROW 1974 2.7 Carrera - these are very rare (current weapon of choice for winning Group Sc Historic Racing) and came with the same engine as the '73 RS.
The engine number is also correct (from the info I have) for a ROW 2.7 Carrera complete w/ MFI - I don't know if the numbers match, though I'd assume they do.

In my mind, this is very reasonably priced... especially considering the recent sales.
