Wow dude, I apologize that you dropped by on the only two days out of the year we are likely to get rain.

As far as food Burbank is a little out of my league... depends a lot on what you like to eat... maybe run down Sunset to the coast and get some seafood there are a couple of nice places right on the beach... Gladstones comes to mind. There are a lot of guys on the BBS that live up that way that can give you better tips, I presume you know good food in that part of town is not going to be cheap.

At universal studio they have the universal city walk, there are a lot of places to eat there but all shiny new places. Ventura Blvd has some nice spots to eat.

Santa Monica is near you and is nice too... if you like pub food the Kings Head is nice but not cheap for pub grub.

Or you could go over to Venice, have a world famous corn dog and check out the freak shoe (it is safe).
