It goes with out saying that is some SOB is chasing you down the street while you are running, that you end up face to face there are no rules. What is a fair fight? If someone sucker punches me, they are going to have some sore stones or worse.
Good advice is to avoid the confrontation, but if some idiot is bent on causing you harm, hit em where ever it hurts. IF there is no referee at your fight, there are no rules.....
