Last year at school I was walking (ok, weaving
) home from a frat party when I saw big commotion about to go down in the street. Apparently, these two large white guys were talking smack to this black guy because he had cut them in line at the 24hr. eatery. The black guy tried to be cool about it and just walk away, but they followed him out into the street and the one guy tried to get into his face and it looked like he tried to push him. Well, this black guy, in the blink of an eye draws back and slams this guy's nose through the back of his skull. There was a squirt of blood and the sound was just unreal..sickening. White Guy #1 is on the ground now, not moving, and the black guy bends over top of him, grabs him by the throat and starts wokin' him. White Guy #2 decided he couldn't let that go, so he winds up and clocks this guy in the back of the head. Completely (or seemingly) un-fazed, the black guy is still working over White Guy #1. White Guy #2 decided he should kick him, then. Black guy falls to the ground, rolls over and off White Guy #1, and lets out an animal like growl and squares up. White Guy #2 squares up and they start boxing. Punches are exchanged for a little bit (maybe a minute..maybe 90 seconds) and the black guy finally lands one hell of a punch, leveling White Guy #2.
Black guy goes to pick up his cell phone or something that fell out of his pocket, but now the Lexington Police are there, 3 of them. I swear I thought Mike Tyson was prowling the streets, 'cause the Cops got it, too. All 3 of them. 2 more cops show up, and they finally get him down with night sticks and pepper spray. Even on the ground with officers holding his arms and hitting him with night sticks, he's STILL trying to kickass. They finally get him cuffed and he kicks an officer; got a night stick across the side of the head for that (literally).
When they get him up off the ground, and the Ambulance arrives for White Guy #1 & #2, White Guy #1 and #2 decide it'd be a good time to talk more smack. There was a gigantic crowd, probably 60 people, that saw them get their asses kicked, and they still want to talk...lmao.
Anyway, just thought I'd share that little story...it was probably the coolest thing I saw all year at school.
Wish I could throw em like that guy.
