.......manslaughter, homicide.....I would never go that far! I would just pull them by their ear and say.." I want my money back".....much like what our parents do when we were kids....Most of the time, when the scum-bag starts to get the idea and feel the reality of being "confronted" with force..the scum starts to cooperate and set ME straight. Smash their hand with a hammer won't put them 6 feet below the ground.... I'm done here...Good-luck to any of you who has been taken by this scum. I'm sorry he screwed you!
