Duty is 6.1% last time I checked + GST. PST you pay when you register.

I drove it over at the Port Huron/Sarnia border. They accept faxed titles. Just make sure you have the proof of fax transmittal page cause they might lose your fax like they did for me. They are open to vehicle exports 24/7. I crossed at 1am.

I had some hiccups but they were all resolved by very kind and helpful border agents on both sides.
