Yeah...me too. I paid $15K for my '02 and $9K for my '04. The S market has never been real good. Look on the bright side, in a year or so you'll be able to pick up an R1200S for under $10k.
In fact, most of the used bike market is pretty soft. My buddy just picked up a mint year old Suzuki Bandit 1200 with soft bags, tank bag, etc. with just 2500 miles for $3K. He couldn't resist it for a commuter bike.
