I was in high school when Kennedy was killed. Everyday we read and saved the Chicago Tribune during the entire three-four days we were all glued to the story. I kept all those copies, but realize that with so many circulated and probably saved, their value is not worth much. Rather then destroy them, wrap and box them up and SAVE THEM for your kids and future generations. If they stay preserved and make it through several more generations, your great, great grandchildren may find that these are priceless and will thank your well decayed body for being so smart to preserve and pass on a piece of American history that affected us all. Today Lincoln funeral memorabilia is worth a hefty dollar.
