Oh wait, I was thinking the bar across the back of the targa top, ON the targa top... are you meaning the Pad that goes around the inside of the back window, inside of the car? I might have looked at the wrong piece.
EDIT TO ADD: and the other part is cracked too, I just drove out and looked at it.
