Same problem using opera or camino on the Mac.
However, from opera on my XP PC on the same wireless router, no problem.

I'm also on a MBP running OS X 10.4.10 and Safari 3.0.3 (522.12.1) - I just hit a few tech articles without incidence, FWIW.
What's the error message when you try to access a tech article?
