Don't tell me it is about traffic control, the gay pride thing shuts the city down for a day and this is 4 guys walking down the street carrying flags isn't it? sorry, 3 dozen guys who could flip that rifle around in ways that would make you think gravity was broken.
Halloween in the Castro is fun, even for a hetro dude, but traffic does not flow freely.
