Using a flywheel mass to store energy has been around for decades-nothing new.
It might be a practical application for delivery trucks which operate only in dense urban traffic, but there are probably better methods of inertial storage.

Too bad Bush has personally visited the companies holding patents on real, viable, battery technology such as NiMH and LiONphosphate etc.... Low and behold, they aren't selling products to the general public, and their corporate marketing is limited at best.
No conspiricy here, nope, keep moving along, that's it.
