There are door panel issues, though not as bad as the E36. Seems like many people have good luck repairing the E34 ones. Also the occasional headliner that is coming unglued. Bolster wear on the driver's side outside upper seat bolster is also common on the sport seats. I miss mine, and would love to have another.
